چکیده :
Due to the incremental development of weather-related phenomena, one of the major concerns of power systems is coping with rare severe natural events with low-probability and high-impact (LPHI), which will impose significant disturbances such as power outages or blackouts on the power grids. Resilience is interpreted as the capability of the system to endure such LPHI events. In this paper, we are going to apply a linear two-stage stochastic scenario-based minimax regret (LTSS-MMR) optimization method in line with assessing the effect of combustion and gasification technologies of biomass generation on a hybrid AC/DC microgrid resilience. According to the uncertainty of the urgent situation period, owing to the interruption from the main grid, the optimization problem is separated into the standard and critical stochastic situations. For normal and emergency conditions, a specific objective function, as well as exclusive constraints, are considered. The objective of the suggested approach is to keep the maximum regret of specified scenarios at a minimum. Moreover, expected and worst-case responses are compared in each case study.
