چکیده :
Fossil fuel sources are being replaced by renewable energy sources due to many environmental problems and being exhaustible. Because of free access to wind and sun, it is possible to use these sources to produce energy needed in areas far from the electricity grid. By using a combination of renewable energy sources, the reliability and stability of the power system increases in response to the load. A micro grid usually consists of a local set of distributed generation (DG), energy storage system and loads (thermal and electric) that can be operated as grid connection or island operation .There are many ways to design a hybrid stand alone system . In this article, Homer is used to design and determine the optimal number of components of the grid-independent hybrid system consisting of wind turbine, solar panel and battery with diesel generator system support. The data of wind speed, solar radiation and electric load are related to Oti Kandi village, from kaleybar city, located in East Azarbaijan province . By applying changes in wind and radiation data, we performed a sensitivity analysis and observed the effect of input data changes on the output power of the system. The results obtained from the simulation and sensitivity analysis show that changes in the average solar radiation reduce the costs of the whole system in a favorable way
