چکیده :
Abstract— The challenge of electrification of rural areas is one of the most critical barriers to accessing the national electricity network in Iran. Factors such as the remoteness of these areas from the national electricity network and the low number of consumer subscribers have caused this problem. On the other hand, along with its rich fossil fuel reserves, Iran has a very high potential for energy. In this research, the required electrical power by maximizing renewable resources in one of the villages of Konarak city of Sistan and Baluchestan province has been provided; by modeling the system equipped with solar panels, wind turbines, biogas generators, direct current converters, and batteries in HOMER software. The results indicate that solar panels and wind turbines have the largest share of this remote village's energy supply. The biogas generator is used as a backup system. Multier sensitivity analysis was used to increase the accuracy of the project results. Accordingly, the share of solar panels in the last years of the project decreases due to PV metamorphism, followed by wind turbines to compensate for this decrease. Finally, the net present cost of the zero-carbon village is $ 475,000, and the cost of energy is estimated at $ 0.1.
